Agatha
Thecla
This presentation of Saint Agatha is beautiful and spiritually significant, as young, innocent Agatha seems to be presenting her source of torture and pain as an offering to the Lord. She looks up to her God and lifts up her greatest offering. She is clothed in the red veil of virgins, that was her only covering during her torture by Quintianus. She took her betrothal to Christ seriously and was unwavering in her faith and fidelity. She faced the unimaginable with courage and grace.
