This painting of Margaret is part of a larger altarpiece, situated in the bottom right hand corner. She is standing with her hands clasped in a prayer position; a staff with a cross on the end is in the bend of her elbow. Her long, auburn hair is covered under a clear veil atop her head. She looks upward toward the middle of the altarpiece at Mary nursing Jesus (not pictured). The full altarpiece can be viewed in the Margaret collection.
